How to visualise your dream life ♥

People talk about how they manifested their multi six figure business in less than a year, or their dream house, car or relationship. They tell you that using visualisation is the most sure-fire way to achieve success and to make your dreams a reality.

But how do we actually incorporate visualisation into our everyday life so that we may manifest our desires?

Well, I hope that I can give you a little helping hand.

But first... what is visualisation?

A little background

Visualisation is the act of creating mental images of exactly what you want. Imagine the best daydream of your life. But continue to have that daydream every single day.

Visualisation is using your imagination to walk yourself through various scenarios. But as you imagine the scenarios, you feel them as well as see them. You use all 5 of your senses- sight, smell, touch, taste & hearing.

How does visualisation work?

By visualising your desire it allows your subconscious to feel what it would be like to have all of that good stuff that you dream about. The more you feel, the more your energy and vibration will match the energy of the things you want. Therefore, you will be more likely to take steps towards that reality.

How do we know that it works?

It has been proven. Time and time again.

Dancers visualise the steps they must take to perform a dance, and then they do it. Athletes like NBA player Lebron James and multi Olympic medal winner Michael Phelps believe that mental exercise such as visualisation is just as important as physical exercise.

Because when you believe you will achieve something, you are already half way to achieving it.

So how do we actually practise visualisation on an every day basis?

I encourage you to take 5-10 mins in the morning as you are waking up and when you get into bed at night to think of a clear picture of what you want out of life, or of that day specifically.

How do you walk around the room? What actions do you perform? How do you perform them? How do you speak to those around you? What is the first thing you do in the morning? What do your surroundings look like? What does it smell like in the room? How does your morning coffee taste?

The more time you spend thinking about your dream life, the closer you get to achieving it.

So let's dream baby!
